- Identify challenging conditions in the traumatized patient and optimize their care.
- Apply best practices in the discipline of sports medicine at the high school, collegiate and professional levels.
- Become exposed to new technologies that will augment and improve the delivery of procedural and clinical care.
- Understand the economics of healthcare delivery, the current state of orthopedic business practice in New York and how to work with regulatory agencies, legal, and private institutions on the management of an orthopaedic practice.

Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists (BOC AP# P10096) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to Athletic Trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum of 7 Category A hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program.

Refund Policy
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for cancellation. Refund requests must be received by mail or email one week prior to the course. No refund will be made thereafter.

For on-site registration, add $25 to the appropriate category above (available only if space permits–please call first). Please note: Registration will not be processed unless accompanied by payment.
