Refund Policy

A handling fee of $25 is deducted for cancellation. Refund requests must be received by mail or email one week prior to the course. No refund will be made thereafter.

On-Site Registration

Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists is accredited by The Medical Society of the State of New York to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists designates this (type of activity) for a maximum of 6.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
