Session Description
The mission of the ABOS is to ensure the safe, ethical, and effective practice of Orthopaedic Surgery for the benefit of the public and our profession. The ABOS does this by maintaining the highest standards for education, practice, and conduct through examination, certification, and maintenance of certification. Staying up to date with changes in all of these areas of the ABOS from residency to retirement is critical for your career.

Biography Matthew R. DiCaprio, MD, is Director of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and serves as Vice Chair of the ABOS Oral Examinations Committee. Dr. DiCaprio was elected to the Board in 2022. He is Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Pathology at Albany Medical Center where he serves as Director of Orthopedic Oncology. |
