Session Description
The objective of this discussion is highlight steps and mentorship through each year of medical school for students working towards a goal of pursuing a career in orthopedic surgery, and to provide information to medical student attendees, and to those who mentor medical students to share with their mentees, including resources available for students through various professional societies.

Biography Ellen Lutnick is a PGY3 resident at the University at Buffalo Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. She is the Resident Research Coordinator at UB, Faculty Advisor of the UB Medical School Ruth Jackson Orthopedic Society, and Chair of the AAOS Resident Assembly Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. |
